As your referred business pays for their advertising, you will be cut a check of deposit made to your digital wallet or PayPal account for the 20% Referral Fee.  These payments are made twice per month to your account.  It is a WIN WIN for You, Your Business friend and SBCN. If You will receive referral funds each month your referring business PAYS for an ad. Also, your referred business can receive tax credit for the 20% donated to you IF your organization is a 501 (c ) 3 organization.
